First of all I am fun! A Full Blooded Italian American, I have lived in Santa Barbara since 1965! Having grown up with some of the core Santa Barbara Family descendants my interest was peaked at a young age about local history.

Finding arrowheads from the Chumash who are the original people of the land here, helped me understand who was here first... and the rest of us afterwards!

I obtained a Master of Science in Business Education and have taught at schools and universities.

Currently, I am the Director D'Arezzo Creative Education named after Guido D'Arezzo the Italian who created the musical staff and notation, for Modern Music. I have traveled the world advocating for the human rights of indigenous people, slave descendants in Central America, and trafficked women and children in Thailand, Cambodia, and right here in the USA. My heart is to share the deep history of our beautiful land, sea, and people!
